But Better currently ships within the United States only.

Processing time

All But Better orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Shipping rates & free shipping

Shipping rates for But Better snacks are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Free standard shipping is available on U.S.  orders over $75.

Carriers

But Better ships orders using USPS and UPS. Carrier selection may vary based on destination and package size.

Tracking

Once your But Better order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Delays, lost, or damaged packages

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays. If your But Better order is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery) and include your order number and any relevant photos.
